Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner has the energy of teenagers and the wisdom to become a wise woman. She's the ultimate model of women today who are able to do all. She is an author as well as a health and fitness expert, talk show host and producer. Dancer and director. Comedienne and model. And most importantly a wife and mother! So it's not surprising that she has been given the name Perpetual Motion. Marilu's health-focused approach is visible throughout her entire existence. She believes that health can make you do whatever you want to do. However, not all the time. As a teenager she sat and watched her weight increased. The food she ate was emotional and felt sick all the time. After her parents passed away in their 50's-her mother suffering from the effects of arthritis and her father, from an attack on his heart--she realized she had to take control over her own health, so they could ensure that the same fate not await her. The goal was not to lose weight, it was to improve our overall health and create ways to improve how our bodies are designed to function. Also, she's a regular actor in Christopher Guest mockumentary flicks. Coolidge was part of The Groundlings (an improv troupe and sketch comedy troupe based within Los Angeles). She has a role in the CBS comedy 2 Broke Girls where she is Sophie, Max, and Caroline's Polish upstairs neighbor who owns and operates the cleaning services.
